In a weird case, Bengaluru Police tracked down a 36-year-antique who had stolen a vehicle at the pretext of taking it for a check force. The police did so after verifying 2,500 IP addresses supplied through OLX.

MG Venkatesh Naik (36) from Amruthanagar withinside the town and Bagegpalli in Chakkaballapura district met Ravindra Elluri (47), a resident of the Coffee Board Layout and an engineer on January 30. Alluri had positioned an advert on OLX to promote his Maruti Vitara Brezza and had obtained 5 responses. One of them became from Naik who met Elluri at 7PM. 


Naik desired to take the automobile for a check force and while Elluri exceeded over the keys, the previous took the automobile and drove off. 

At that time, Elluri didn’t recognize who drove aways his vehicle and filed a grievance towards unknown men and women on the Amruthahalli Police station.
